Finally got around to posting my trials and tribulations making my 2021 Christmas Ornament. See details here 2021 Christmas Ornament

What do you do with an over 40-year-old computer that never really even had an operating system? My first thought was to frame it as bit of tech art, but it’s a computer so it should do something. But what could it do with such limited capabilities? The answer was the six 7-segment displays would be perfect for displaying hours, minutes and seconds, and the idea of the KIMClock was born.

Tried a new two layer design using my Bob’s CNC system this year to make 7 copies, since my list has expanded to include nieces, nephews and cousins. My new favorite woodworking tool is “double sided woodworkers tape”. Great for quickly positioning CNC material.
